"How do I turn on HR Docs?"

Turning on HR Docs lets you send important documents to your people, fully tracked and stored by 1st Money.

To turn on HR Docs for your org:

1. First, go to your org on: "Menu", then "Orgs"
2. Then tap: "Settings", then "System preferences"
3. Next, turn on: "Show HR Docs"
4. Then tap: Save
5. Now, you'll see that the menu has "Docs ... all" and: "Docs ... org's"
6. And finally, anyone in your org can now use HR Docs.

Keep in mind that:

• The HR Docs feature is 100% included in all regular plans.
• But you can always turn off HR Docs at any time.
• If turned off, any docs that've been sent still remain securely stored in 1st Money.
• The docs show again if you ever turn HR Docs back on.
