Do you ever reach out to me first?

Yes. Your dedicated bookkeeper contacts you proactively to confirm how you'd like certain transactions categorised. They'll also chase any missing receipts, or flag anything that looks unusual.

Proactive: You shouldn't need to prompt them, they'll come to you when they need something, and aim to keep that to a minimum.

Marketing: Separately from your bookkeeper, the person named as your commercial contact may hear from us about our other services. They can turn off calls, emails, and in-product banners independently, at any time, free, in their settings.
